burgundy steamed crab finger, scallop rock shrimp

and mussels in a rustic style tomato and bell pepper stew

Deconstructed Caesar Salad

a heart of romaine wedge drizzled in a house-made Caesar dressing

topped with parmesan and fresh toasted croutons

 

Entree

Pear Cider Braised Ribs

Ace hard pear cider infused baby back pork ribs topped with pan gravy and

served with "prosperous" coleslaw and mashed garlic new potatoes

(a new house favorite)

 

Southwestern Grouper

a fillet of grouper pan sautéed, served with sautéed spinach and

citrus tequila risotto and topped with a "lucky" black-eyed-pea southwestern salsa

 

Beef Wellington

filet mignon seared to medium rare covered in boar bacon mushroom duxelles and wrapped in puff pastry topped with a mushroom demi glace and served with collard "greenbacks" and mashed new potatoes

Apple Brandy and Fruit Medley

 a taste of apple brandy served with Granny Smith apple and pear julienne,

red grapes and slices of strawberries topped with a honey drizzle
