"My wife and I tried the Signature Bistro a few days after the new year for a late lunch. She got a salad of some sorts with salmon,shrip, and crab. I got the Texas Kobe burger. We both enjoyed our lunch and our waiter Stephen. He was an experienced host that knew his way around people. In customer service terms...thats rare these days. I plan to return and will update my review as I do. Thanks for creating and maintaining an atmosphere that is pleasent to visit."

"Great gem in Seabrook! My neighbor recommended Signature Bistro to me a couple of months ago and I am so glad I gave it a try! Me and some girlfriends decided to come for lunch one day on our lunch break. We were impressed once we stepped inside!! The ambiance is very cozy and elegant. We were seated by one of the owners who was very plesant. I ordered the appple and brie salad and the stuffed chicken breast. It was a little too much food (big lunch portions) but it was amazing!!!! The service was just as good as the food.

Since I had such a wonderful experience for lunch I decided to bring my husband for dinner a few weeks later. The restaurant really transforms once the sun goes down. It was very romantic, with soft lighting. My meal was yet again superb. I had the lobster ravioli, YUM! My husband started off with the turtle soup. I just had to sample and it was devine. Some of the best turtle soup I have had in a long time! For an entre my husband had the fillet mignon. It was prepared perfectly and just melted in your mouth.

Signature Bistro is one of my new favorite places!"

"I have been coming to Signature Bistro for the past three years. I loved it when it was under the previous ownership and I must say, I love it even more under the new ownership! The food is divine, the wine suits the palate, and the service is impeccable! It has become my most favorite places for both lunch and dinner!"

"The ribeye on Valentine's was fantastic. I had the tiramisu for desert and it was excellent. This small restaurant packs a powerful punch in fine dinning. The Chef Kevin has an excellent touch on all the entrees I have tried. The grilled Mahi, Signature chicken, Veal chops,Tenderloin, and Pork Chop have all been excellent to my pallet. The service is wonderful they treat everyone as family. The wait staff from the hostess to the waiters were very attenative to our table. I would highly recommend to anyone who prefers a quaint friendly atmosphere in fine dinning."

"'Found' this place in Seabrook house hunting.....now that we live close by we have become regular customers. This quaint cozy little place is exactly the type of restaurant we moved to the area for...great service, food prepared and presented perfectly, and an escape from the "cookie cutter" atmosphere of most other restaurants. They have full bar and impressive wine list and the owners/managers make you feel like family...even on your first visit..."
